April 10, 2024 -- A Transformative Venture Is Coming To The North Country in New York State

October 16, 2023 -- CEI has entered into a marketing, sales, and distribution agreement with D’Arrigo Brothers of California.  D’Arrigo is the largest grower of leafy vegetables in the US and a leading distributor of fresh produce.  They are well known for their Andy Boy brand.

March 2023 -- Armando Suarez-Romero, Horticulturist and Former Vice President-Cultivation CRESCO Labs, Inc.  joins CEI as Vice President-Operations

Oct. 2022 -- Dr. Gene A. Giacomelli
Professor & Former Director CEAC, Department of Biosystems Engineering at The University of Arizona, joins CEI Advisory Board

Sept. 2022-- USDA classifies CEA as organic.

Q3, 2022--Peter D’Arrigo, President of New England Produce Center, joins CEI Advisory Board.

Q2, 2022 CEI selects Havecon as developer of its Advanced Technology Greenhouse complex

Q2 2022—New York Power Authority, Epri “the world's
preeminent independent, non-profit energy research and development organization”, and CEI enter into a tri-partite research agreement on energy to operate CEA greenhouses.

Q3-2022---New York Green Bank awards CEI with term sheet covering $160 mil in project financing.

Q4-2020---Formed an Opportunity Zone fund, the ” Advanced Agriculture Opportunity Zone Fund” to offer federal tax savings.

2019--CEI concludes seed-round funding with Point Positive investors

2019--CEI leases 79 acres from Arconic for the exclusive right to construct Hydroponic greenhouses on its campus.

2019---Gov. Cuomo of New York approves Preservation Power allocation for NYPA to supply low-cost power to CEI

2019--CEI enters into a contract with Beardsley Architects + Engineers, Malone, NY for professional design services for a large commercial greenhouse project in Massena, NY.

2019—Empire State Development (New York State) awarded CEI a $1.22 million Economic Development grant.
